All about chaos

“Ordered chaos” – does this sound familiar?

Yes, I want to refer my unique interpretation of “Ordered chaos” from a technical perspective.  When one is involved in an enterprise or large-scale software applications, the internal traffic may be analyzing its throughput.  One can look at as one organic system that operate at different capacity based on various operations.   At time there will be bottleneck and at time there is idling.
When a team is designing a system, it will be generating throttling test – “ordered chaos” typically through another software to generate different scale of traffic and to test the gateway of the application.   A10 software for example can help you to regulate the “order” of the chaos in the application gateway by using various algorithms.  When one throttle up to 10,000 records of data through the gateway, and see by using network analyzer to see how the traffic is diverted based on the chosen algorithms in the gateway is “Ordered Chaos” in computer bits languages.

             Consciousness out of chaos?

Continuing the modern world that Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasing showing its presence in all front.  From the lower level computer language of machine language, one is looking at the slow motion of chaos when examining mov, push and pop in the machine language.
Now, the algorithm is becoming quite sophisticated that what techy refers to as the “Library” or brains that contains different motor functions in many incidences is the consciousness.  Microsoft SQL platform for example has smart intelligence to perform and analyze what they called Fuzzy Logic.  It is smart enough to discern unintentional mistakes.   In a very simplistic illustration that when tracing various record of Johnny Cash that his name in another system may be Johny Cash are both the same identical person whereas older applications will immediately reject all records related to the second misspelled name.   Little pre-AI going on here huh!
